SENIOR SERVICENOW DEVELOPER / TECHNICAL LEAD Delhi NCR (Remote initially, then Onsite) | Rs 16 to 26 Lakhs per annum This is a senior technical role with a clear growth path to Technical Lead / Architect. You will be the most experienced developer on the team, taking ownership of architecture and delivery while mentoring junior developers. Over time, as the team grows, you will step fully into the Technical Lead position. We are open to strong Senior Developers who have not yet held a formal Tech Lead title but have the depth, drive, and some leadership exposure to grow into one. What You Will Do •Own the technical architecture of Delligo and client delivery engagements •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of junior developers: setting standards, reviewing code, and unblocking the team •Drive Delligo product roadmap execution, including Now Assist and AI integrations •Ensure Delligo remains compliant with ServiceNow Store requirements across platform releases •Establish and maintain development standards, tooling, and documentation within Excelligo •Collaborate with the Business Analyst on solution design and technical scoping •Contribute to pre-sales conversations and technical proposal writing where needed •Make day-to-day technical decisions confidently, escalating only genuine blockers What We Are Looking For •5 or more years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience •Strong hands-on experience with custom scoped application development on ServiceNow App Engine •Some leadership experience, whether formal or informal: mentoring juniors, leading a project workstream, being the most senior technical person on a team, or owning code reviews •Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform internals including scripting, integrations, performance, and security •Exposure to Now Assist, AI capabilities, and other modules. •ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD and CIS •Self-directed and decisive: comfortable owning technical strategy without daily oversight •Experience with ServiceNow Store publishing and compliance requirements is highly desirable •Strong communication skills: able to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders •Ambitious and growth-oriented: you want to lead, not just deliver Salary and Application We offer a competitive salary in the range of Rs 16 to 26 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
